Does YesStyle ship to the US, UK, Canada and Australia? Delivery times, shipping costs and customs

This version covers the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Ireland and New Zealand; the other language versions of this guide cover other countries. The figures come from YesStyle's shipping table, in force since October 13, 2026 (07:15 GMT) and read the same day, and from its tax pages for each region, read on October 12, 2026. Amounts are in US dollars, as the store publishes them.

The time for the item to leave the warehouse, explained below, comes on top of the shipping time.

In the US, Standard is free from US$ 35 and Express from US$ 200; the minimums for the other countries are in the table above. Gift-wrapping fees do not count toward that total, as the table's note says. The US table also says health and beauty supplements ship only by Standard, so the store asks for separate orders when needed.

Every order ships from YesStyle's warehouse in Hong Kong. The total time is the time for the item to become available plus the shipping time, and the store counts both in business days, in Hong Kong time (GMT+8).

In the US, an order with in-stock items only takes 8 to 14 business days by Standard: 1 to 3 to leave the warehouse and 7 to 11 of shipping.

If the payment needs verification, the count starts on the day the order is approved. Holidays and order peaks can also delay dispatch.

Each product page shows the availability next to the version. It says when the item leaves the warehouse, not when it arrives.

• In-Stock: the item leaves the warehouse in 1 to 3 business days.
• Awaiting Stock: 3-5 days: the item comes from one of the store's regional warehouses and leaves in 3 to 5 business days.
• Awaiting Stock: 7, 7-14, 21 or 30 days: the store buys the item from the supplier after the order, and it leaves the warehouse within that time, in business days.

An order with one in-stock item and one awaiting-stock item usually ships together, when the last one becomes available. With a 7-14 days item, a US Standard order takes 14 to 25 business days.

• United States: sales tax is added at checkout in 40 states and the District of Columbia, depending on your address. YesStyle also charges Import Fees at checkout, before coupons are applied. They cover part of the tariffs and the US entry processing fee.
• United Kingdom: the 20% VAT is included in the prices and added to the shipping cost.
• Canada: only Saskatchewan has a tax added at checkout, a 6% PST. YesStyle's page does not mention the federal GST or carrier fees on delivery.
• Australia: the 10% GST is included in the prices and added to the shipping cost.
• Ireland: the 23% VAT is included in the prices and added to the shipping cost. Since July 1, 2026, the EU charges € 3 per customs category on packages under € 150, and YesStyle says it currently pays that fee for the customer.
• New Zealand: the 15% GST is included in the prices and added to the shipping cost.

YesStyle refunds the taxes and customs fees charged on delivery for orders under US$ 1,000, counted before the coupon and without shipping. The refund comes as store credit.

• Pay the charge when the package arrives: if you refuse the package because of the charge, you get neither a refund nor a reshipment.
• Keep the receipt of the payment, with its date.
• Email the receipt to YesStyle customer service within 30 days of its date. Without a receipt, or after 30 days, the store does not review the request.

The refund does not cover sales tax, postal and carrier fees (storage, pickup, and packages that are not collected or are sent back), or any tax already charged at checkout. Here, that means the US sales tax and Import Fees, the UK and Irish VAT, the Australian and New Zealand GST and Saskatchewan's PST.

If the package did not arrive on time, contact customer service. A lost package is reshipped with no handling fee and no shipping cost, under the store's guarantee (The YesStyle Promise).

A package that goes back to the store because of a wrong address, a failed delivery or because it was not collected is reshipped only for a handling fee plus new shipping.

• Deadline: request the RMA number within 14 days of receipt, through the RMA page of your account (for change of mind and size exchange) or through customer service, and ship the package within 30 days of the RMA being issued.
• Where to: the package goes back to the store's office in Hong Kong or to its returns partners in the United States and Canada; the store suggests registered mail.
• What cannot be returned: opened beauty products, supplements, items from offers such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free, Clearance, Lucky Bundle and Deals, and intimate-use items such as swimwear, underwear, earrings and wigs.
• Allergy or skin reaction: gives no right to a refund or a return.
• Refund: comes as store credit, usually within 7 days after the return is processed; on request, it goes back to the payment method, within 14 business days or more. The coupon and the shipping are not refunded.
• Defect: request the RMA from customer service, with photos; the store covers the return shipping by air mail or registered mail.

YesStyle's payment page lists Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Prices are in US dollars; in another currency, the store converts at its own rate at the time of the order.

Because the store is in Hong Kong, your bank may charge an international transaction fee.
